Sony Reveals 2008 Early 2009 Line Up

Sony has announced dates for all expected 2008 releases. Via press release, Scott Steinberg said:

“For the second half of 2008 and beyond, we will see a spectacular line up of triple-A titles and original gaming content that will satisfy PlayStation fans across the board... Highly anticipated games such as Resistance 2(TM), LittleBigPlanet (TM), and Killzone (TM) 2, along with original content such as SIREN: Blood Curse and PixelJunk (TM) Eden, demonstrate SCEA’s passion to lead the market by continuing to deliver unique gaming content and revolutionary sequels to our best-selling franchises.”

• Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2 (PSP) -- June 3, 2008
• Secret Agent Clank (PSP) -- June 17, 2008
• wipEout HD (PSN) -- Summer 2008
• Elefunk (PSN) -- Summer 2008
• PixelJunk Eden (PSN) -- Summer 2008
• SIREN: Blood Curse (PSN) -- Summer 2008
• SOCOM: US Navy SEALs Confrontation (PS3) -- September 16, 2008
• LittleBigPlanet (PS3) -- October 2008
• NBA 09 (PS3, PSP, PS2) -- Fall 2008
• BUZZ! Quiz TV (PS3) -- Fall 2008
• BUZZ! Master Quiz (PSP) -- Fall 2008
• MotorStorm Pacific Rift (PS3) -- Fall 2008

It’s an impressive list to say the least. This also confirms that SIREN: Blood Curse will be a PSN game, as well as giving LittleBigPlanet an October release date. Be sure to check back for any updates right here at TheGameReviews.com
